A: Our waiting lists are comprised of pre-approved parents only. To become approved we have a 4 page application

A: No. We do not accept deposits until the puppies are born and are 2 weeks old. At which time a $400.00 deposit is

atleast the Best male and female of any litter we produce. In order for us to do this we need to wait to evaluate which is
best conformationally as they mature. After those selections are made the waiting list is contacted by order of the date
the applicant was approved.

Visit done by one of my friends and/or fellow breeders in Your area.

puppy to be spayed/neutered by 7 months of age. Once the puppy is altered and proof is sent to me I will send you a
rebate of $100.00. If you choose to not spay/neuter your puppy by 7 months of age I will and reserve the right to
repossess the puppy on his/her 8 month old birthday.
If a puppy sold on limited registration is bred a $1000.00 fine per puppy produced, payable to me is enforced.

Q: What are your requirements for Full Registration?
A: Our Full Registration contract requires you Show the dog in conformation to his or her AKC championship.
If a Handler is needed to finish the dog, I require the use of my handler Kendall Desanto.

If the dog is bred before age 2, Is bred without being Shown, or is bred without being health tested,
a $1,000.00 Fine per puppy produced, Payable to me is enforced.

Q: I breed MUTTS (i.e. Cockapoos). Can I buy a Puppy from you?
A: NO, NO, NO. I do not sell/adopt ANY COCKERS (Or any other breathing living animal) to people who breed Mutts,
have bred Mutts or have any association with people who breed or have bred Mutts. There is alot of time, effort,
planning, and tears involved with breeding Healthy, Sound, Conformationally correct Cocker Spaniels and to have them
purposely bred to a Poodle,
Maltese, Cavalier or Any other breed would be a complete waste of our efforts.
Not to mention a disgrace to our Breed as a whole.

A: Yes we have done stud service. We provide services for AKC registered Cocker Spaniel females that are:

1. Health tested by OFA for Hip Dysplasia and Patella Luxation.

3. Have a Health certificate issued by a Licensed Vet.
4. Have been tested for Brucellosis.
5. Are UTD on all shots and recently wormed.
6. NOT aggressive or poor examples of our breed.

Our Stud Fee is $500.00. Payable at the time your female is dropped off. Occasionally we will accept pick of the litter
instead of the stud fee, this depends on the quality of your female. If the breeding does not take or only 1 or 2 puppies
are produced a repeat breeding will be performed at no additional cost to the female owner.
