What is Limited Registration?
A. Limited Registration Means that you can not Breed or Show the Puppy in Conformation
With Limited registration You can however compete in Juniors, Obedience, Field Trials and Agility. Our Limited registration Contract requires the puppy to be spayed/neutered by 7 months of age. Once the puppy is altered and proof is sent to me I will send you a rebate of $100.00. If you choose to not spay/neuter your puppy by 7 months of age I will and reserve the right to repossess the puppy on his/her 8 month old birthday.
If a puppy sold on limited registration is bred a $1000.00 fine per puppy produced, payable to me is enforced. -
I breed MUTTS (i.e. Cockapoos, Cockaliers, etc). Can I buy a Puppy from you?
A. NO, NO, NO! I do not sell/adopt ANY COCKERS (Or any other breathing living animal) to people who breed Mutts, have bred Mutts or have any association with people who breed or have bred Mutts
There is alot of time, effort, planning, and tears involved with breeding Healthy, Sound, Conformationally correct Cocker Spaniels and to have them purposely bred to a Poodle, Maltese, Cavalier or Any other breed would be a complete waste of our efforts. Not to mention a disgrace to our Breed as a whole.
